Hotspot activities in the Mekong sub-region are likely to remain elevated under the prevailing dry season and hazy conditions are expected to persist. In the southern ASEAN region, the hotspot activities are expected to remain subdued although isolated hotspots may emerge during occasional periods of dry weather.
